Email Access RulesEmail is provided as a service to our Staff and Students for the purpose of professional and academic communication. While we make every effort to ensure the security of our systems, email is not an instantaneous nor secure form of communication. In order to access email through this system, all users of this system must sign an acknowledgement of the Acceptable Use Guidelines. All users of the Littleton School District SAU#84 email system are prohibited from sending or receiving the following types of material on the Network:
All users have the right to privacy in their e-mail. However, if a user is believed to be in violation of the guidelines stated in the district's policy, a system administrator or teacher may gain access to private correspondence or files. An attempt will be made to notify the user of such inspections whenever possible. E-mail messages are subject to district review at any time.
